There are few rules for being taxidriver in taxi company.
General Rules
Dont pimp your cab.
If you take a taxi/cabbie, take care of her and drive careful.
When you got hitted by players, just run away with the car and call the police.
When you see you need to refill your car, drive directly to a gas station to refill it.
When you haven't any fuel, call a mechanical to refill the car.
When you are crashed with the car, call a mechanical to repair the the car.
When you are stuck, call a mechanical to tow/replace the car.
When you got robbed by a customer, just give your money and after it when he is away,
call the police and say it on the radio.
When you got aimed by a customer, just listen to him/her and do what he/she wants,
after it when he/she is away, call the police and say it on the radio.When there are cops want to pull you over, just pull your car over, don't drive away.
When you are done, park your taxi undamaged and refilled back on the same place you took it.
You seeing a colleague breaking this rules? Say it to a boss and he will take a approaching with him/her.
When you going on/off duty, announce it on the radio.
When you have accepted a call, announce it on the radio.
When you seeing a taxi standing alone somewhere, announce it on the radio and the place,
so a colleague can drive the taxi back to the station.
If you need help or there is something very important, you can announce it on the radio.
